From formal dinners to corporate training sessions, the 2,500 square foot main event space can be configured to accommodate any occasion. If a smaller, more intimate meeting is what you have in mind, our comfortable, and fully resourced boardroom is the ideal choice. The boardroom features audio visual and teleconference capabilities and a wet bar to offer both flexibility and efficiency.
Our rentals include an upstairs loft area, which provides a cozy overflow space with access to a balcony.

Guests are greeted by a spectacular foyer featuring cathedral ceilings and chandeliers.
Designed to be both elegant and functional, this versatile space enhances any event. Adjacent to the catering prep kitchen, banquet room and boardroom, it’s a convenient area for buffets. It can be used for come and go events, registration and greeting area, vendor displays and even a dance floor. The foyer also features a curved wooden staircase that’s ideal for staging pictures and capturing precious memories.
BANQUET & TRAINING ROOM
The Credit Union House of Oklahoma is the ideal venue for meetings, seminars and corporate training. The venue is also a popular destination for banquets, luncheons, parties, weddings and a host of other special events.
To accommodate your specific needs, the event room can be configured in a variety of ways. The full room can comfortably seat up to 150 guests. If your group is smaller, the room can be divided.
Room setup and audio system is included in price. Each room has a projector and retractable screen, a flat-panel wall mounted television and laptops available for use.
Equipped with complimentary internet access, the facility’s audio/visual equipment is perfect for displaying slideshows, videos and presentations.

THE BOARD ROOM
The boardroom seats up to 20 guests around the main table and has room for additional seating on one side of the room. Along with audio conferencing, the 63-inch flat panel TV is ideal for displaying presentations.
The room also features a wet bar with a sink, mini fridge and ice machine for snacks and beverages.
LOFT & OUTDOOR BALCONY
Access to the upstairs loft and outdoor balcony is included with most rentals. These areas are fantastic alternatives for a small, intimate meeting or as a place to relax between breakout sessions or during events.
Want to add an outdoor touch? Use the spacious patio located through the french doors off the main event space. Day or night, this area can add a special touch to any event.
